- MTÜ PILATES.EE (hereinafter Studio) renders services to Customers in relation to group and individual training classes at Studio premises.
- Studio at its sole discretion assignes prices and composes timetable of classes which are subject to change without prior notice.
- Studio at its sole discretion may enter into agreements with Customers governing individual classes and Packages of classes. Customers are not entitled to transfer their agreements to third parties. Packages may be issued for fixed quantities of classes and/or fixed validities.
- Customers are assigned customer codes and passwords (hereinafter "Credentials") for the purpose of authentification when exchanging information with the Studio by phone or via internet. Customers undertake to keep their Credentials secret and bear full responsibility for use of Credentials by third parties.

Studio reserves the right to record telephone conversations with Customers for the purpose of improving services and logging interactions when authentificating Customers.

Customers are entitled to receive Studio services based on valid Package or ticket under terms and conditions stipulated in customer agreements, general conditions of service and code of conduct. When visiting Studio premises Customers are obliged to follow instructions issued by Studio personnel.
- Customer bears full responsibility for his choise and use of services rendered by Studio with implied full knowledge of his/her state of health and in accordance with recommendations of his/her medical physician or other medical practititioner.

Studio personnel does not render medical services and only consults Customers on the services including use of equipment. Studio carries out maintenance of equipment. Customer is obliged to use the equipment according to its' direct applicability and in accordance with instructions of Studio personnel.

Services to persons under the age of 16 are rendered only in the presence of an adult who bears full responsibility for the personl under the age of 16.
- During classes access to the Studion may be restricted.

For the purpose of participation in classes Customers must book themselves via Studio internet site or by phone. Studio does not guarantee class participation without prior booking. Booking is a service available to contractual Customers with prior notices stipulated in their respective Packages, tickets or agreements. Should Customer be unable to participate in a previously booked class he/she is obliged to cancel the booking without delay but not later than expiration of th time set in respective Package, ticket or agreement. Booked classes without Customer actually showing up are payable as actual visits. Upon Package validity expiration Customer balance is any is not refundable. In the case of class cancellations by Studio booked Customers are entitled to an extension of their Packages validity for upto 2 weeks' time.
- Studio does not undertake support for registering for classes by phone.
- Customer without valid agreements are renderes services only based on free space availability.

For the duration of their classes Customers are allowed to use Studio lockers without the Studio bearing responsibility for the Customer's belongings. In case of loss of locker keys Customers are liable for key duplication costs according to schedule.
- Customers undertake to follow rules of conduct and exercise care towards Studio property. Damage inflicted to Studio property is reimbursed from the person who caused the damage.
- Studio has the right to expell from its premises all persons in breach of their obligations or rules of conduct as well as to discontinue their agreemens without refund.
- Studio has the right with prior reasanoble notice with possibly no prejudice towards Customers carry out all kinds of sweeping, repair, maintenance and other works in relation to Studion equipment and premises.
- All notices are published by the Studion on its web site and in its premises. Studio does not undertake direct notification of Customers by phone, electronic and paper mail.
